Where can I buy jewelry from Kavulani?

All Kavulani jewelry are only exclusively sold on kavulaniofficial.com.

How many items may I purchase in one order?

You may order a maximum of four items per order per day. 

How can I modify or delete my order? 

We are delighted to assist you on any update of your order via email under: info@kavulaniofficial.com.

What if an item is no longer available?

If you are interested in purchasing an item that is unavailable, we advice you to contact us via email. We will be delighted to provide you with further information.

 

Delivery:

Where and how long do you deliver?

Online orders will be only delivered in Europe.

These are the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy,  Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Monaco, Portugal, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Standard delivery: 3 - 5 days

How much does the shipping cost?

Germany 5.50 € 

Inside European Union 15 € 

Outside the European Union customers are obligated to pay 25 € in shipping cost.

What shipping carriers do you use?

In Europe we use Hermes Germany GmbH.

How will I receive my order?

After your online purchase, we will send you a conformation email. Once your package leaves our office, you will receive a second email notification with tracking number and that your order is on it's way to your doorstep.

In some countries, you have the option to change how you receive your order:

- Select a different date or time of delivery

- Have it delivered to a different address or service point 

How can I track my order?

After your item(s) is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Type in the tracking number in the MyHermes website and search and also kindly check if the tracking number is typed in correctly to avoid error.

My delivery went missing

We make sure that all our orders enters transit until it's delivered to your doorstep or local postal service pint. If the delivery takes longer than 7 days, please contact us as soon as possible via email under: info@kavulaniofficial.com for further information.

What are my payment options?

You can pay your online order with the following methods:

Return and Exchange:

What are the conditions of return?

Our jewelry purchased on our website can be returned for refund or exchanges within 14 days from day of delivery.

Please note: Returns and exchanges are only accepted if, we receive the original jewelry packaging which includes the travel and insert pouch, certificate of authenticity, and care card all together in pristine condition. If we don’t receive the item as it was shipped, we will subtract an amount from the refund or charge extra for the exchange item(s) for our inconvenience.

How can I return my order?

If you wish to return your order, please contact us under info@kavukaniofficial.com. You will receive a returning label, Returning Form and a R.A.N (Return Authorisation Number) via email.

Fill out the Return Form and send back the parcel including the Return Form and all original documents that were included. Also keep the return receipt from the post office until we received the item(s).

Within the European Union: Returns are free of charge within 14 days after delivery as well as replacements due to manufacturing defects.

Outside the European Union: You are obligated to locate a postal service point and pay for the return shipping. Kavulani is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages in transit coming back to us. Taxes are nonrefundable as well.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund as soon as we approved your return request. First, you will receive a return conformation notification via email. Then, the item(s) will be checked through our quality control. Once passed, you will receive your refund within 7 days with the same means of payment witch was used during the first order.

How can I exchange my purchase with another one?

Once your returned item(s) passed our control check, you will receive your refund within 7 business days and we will notify you via email to order a new item(s) once agin on our online boutique. 

Exchanges are only possible if it's the same item(s). Payment will remain with us until we ship the exchange item to the customer.
