Kavulani jewelry pieces are composed of recycled 925-Sterling Silver, Stainless Steal, Gold or Mixed Materials. Some products contain faux leather or natural materials. 

Kavulani Jewelry pieces may contain precious or fragile materials, such as semi-precious stones or crystals. These materials may break if hit by a hard surface or if dropped. To preserve the beauty of your jewelry piece, we recommend handling these items with additional care.

 

How you can extend the lifespan of your jewelry

 

1. Take off jewelry while swimming:

Please store your jewelry away before swimming. Saltwater and even chlorinated pool water can oxidise and discolour the metal.

 

2. Take off jewelry while sweating heavily:

Sweat can cause discolouration in jewelry. Please store your jewelry away so that is not exposed to excessive sweating.

 

3. Avoid HARSH CHEMICALS:

Perfumes, creams, and body sprays can contain many harsh chemicals that can harshly react with metals and our plating finishing. Please do not spray or apply these chemicals directly on any of your jewelry.

 

4. Cleaning:

Wipe jewelry with a wet, pH-neutral soapy cotton cloth and gently scrub with a soft brush or cotton swab if needed. Rinse with fresh warm water and pat dry with a soft dry cloth. Do not soak precious gems such as opals or pearls in soap as it may affect or damage the jewelry.

 

5. Proper storage:

Please store your jewelry in a cool dry place. Airing your jewelry out after use also helps to avoid discolouration and tangling.
