Returns, exchanges & refund
You have the right to return product(s) without giving any reason. Product(s) that have been purchased online can be returned for free to us within 30 days after the order. To send the item back please send us an e-mail (info@kavulaniofficial.com) with your order number and address to receive further instructions.
- All products must be unworn and unwashed.
- All products must be returned within 30 days after the delivery.
- All products must have all original Kavulani tags still attached.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, briefs, and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
We only accept undamaged, unaltered, unused, unsoiled, unworn, and unwashed products (other than to try the product(s) on and in the same state that it was sold to you). Please note any labels or tags must remain intact and attached. The product(s) should be also returned in or with its original packaging.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if we receive the original packaging, travel, and deployment case, certificate of authenticity, and care card in pristine condition. The payment will remain with us until we verify the returned product(s) with its original documents. If we do not receive the product(s) as it was sent, we will deduct an amount from the refund or charge for the exchange items for our inconvenience.
An exchange is only possible if the product has manufacturing defects. Payment will remain with us until we ship the exchange item to the customer. An exchange of the same product is only possible twice. Suppose the customer is not satisfied with the exchange item more than 2 times. In that case, we recommend returning the item with original documents and packaging and we will refund the payment to the previous payment method within 7 working days.
